COPY CHANGE: Add $41.67 (r) per screen changed. NOTE: youth sizes require different screens from adults and must be charged as a separate order, unless a youth size imprint is acceptable on the adult sizes. Pocketed and non-pocketed shirts require a copy change to run together.

METHOD OF IMPRINTING: Silk screening NOTE: Silk screening is not available on 6-panel caps, we recommend embroidery. Various items may not be screen printed, call on odd items.

COLOR MATCHING: PMS matching using C-colors or U-colors, $50.00 (r), plus 0.17(r) per print run charge. All other matching, add $166.00 (r) per match used plus the 0.17 (r) run charge.
NORMAL IMPRINT LIMITS: 13x15 on adult shirts, 9x9 on youth shirts, 2.25x4 on caps, 1.5x4 on visors. Other items vary with size of items.
PERSONALIZED NAMES: Screen printed personalized names on small chest are available for $5.83(r) each; large back names at $11.67 (r) each. There is a $43.33 (r) minimum charge. You must furnish a typed list. Numbers available for $5.83 (r) per number. Two color numbers for $11.67 (r) per number. Minimum charge of $43.33 (r).

CANCELLED OR CHANGED ORDERS: Orders that are changed or cancelled after product is secured will be charged a 20% restocking fee, plus any art or screen work finished at the time of cancellation or change.

APPLIQUE: $43.33 (r) art setup charge. Digitizing of the design is priced at $15.00 (r) per 1000 stitches. Run charges based on the quantity embroidered and total stitch count plus a $0.42 (r) application charge per letter. Tackle twill material is $0.10 (r) per square inch. There is a minimum charge of $10.00 (r) after digitizing and art.
CHANGE OVER CHARGES: Changing over from hat to flat embroidery (or vice versa) requires a $41.67 (r) change over charge for amalgamating.
THREAD CHANGES: Thread colors changed within a run at $13.34 (r) for each change.
COPY CHANGE: A charge of $43.34 (r) per design change.
